Abstract
Background: Norovirus (NoV) has gradually become equally an important as a cause of acute gastroenteritis (AGE) as rotavirus following rotavirus vaccine implementation in Vietnam. This study investigated genotype distribution, evolution of NoV strains from 2016 to 2021, and detection of the GII.4 HongKong variant.
